Terms and Conditions

To join Jinling Elite program, you consent to observe the following terms and conditions. For an update of information or other details, please visit www.jinlingelite.com or call our Jinling Elite Service Center at 800-8289168 or (86-25) 84702888.
 
General Conditions
●   
We have final right to grant membership status and decide on extent of benefits and services that approved members of Jinling Elite may enjoy.
●   
The terms and conditions shall be applicable for all participating hotels and resorts and partners of Jinling Elite Program; however participating hotels and resorts might vary in awarding points, benefits and services or have alternative benefits and services according to their brand names and locations.
●    We have the right to change, limit or cancel program rules, regulations and rewards at any time with or without notice.
●   
We have the right to end the Jinling Elite program by providing written notice to members six months in advance. In that event, your right to earn points, benefits and rewards will end six months after we notify you.
●   
Jinling Elite program accepts only individual citizen 18 years or older as its member; no corporation, organizations or entities are eligible to become members.
●   
Jinling Elite membership at each level will be accepted and continue on condition of required stays/billing. Membership will be revoked if you did not earn any JinlingPoints at any of the participating hotels and resorts over a period of 12 months. In that event you will lose all points and will not be entitled to benefits and services. Only your stay or charges in the participating hotels will help renew the membership status once it is revoked. The points, however, shall not be re-awarded once they are revoked.

To apply for the Jinling Elite membership, the applicant consents that we can use any personal data supplied in connection with any program for marketing purposes, and consents that we can supply such personal data to any other parties or partners for such purposes. The personal data shall be used for administrative, room service, marketing and communication purposes. The applicant may be reached through mail, mobile, telephone, fax and e-mail.
●    We shall not be held liable if any of our partners suspend or change their benefits and service.
●    We reserve the final right to explain the terms and conditions.
 
Membership Requirements
●   
Only qualifying stays personally charged and individually billed at participating hotels are credited toward Jinling Elite membership.
●   
The members of Jinling Elite program will get one JinlingPoint for each eligible RMB billed by himself or herself in the participating hotels. He or she will also earn JinlingPoints for bills at partners of Jinling Elite Program (might vary in awarding points according to their brand names). Any of the non-personal bills, service charge, tax, tip and awarded benefits shall not be translated into JinlingPoints.
●   
To achieve Jinling Elite Membership status, 1 qualifying stay must be stayed at participating hotels, or a total of 800 JinlingPoints must be earned.
●   
To achieve Jinling Gold Membership status, 8 qualifying stays must be stayed within a calendar year at participating hotels, or a total of 18,000 JinlingPoints must be earned.
●   
To achieve Jinling Platinum Membership status, 28 qualifying stays must be stayed within a calendar year at participating hotels, or a total of 58,000 JinlingPoints must be earned.
●    We reserve the right to modify the above terms concerning upgrade.
●   
The consecutive period between check-in and check-out is defined as ONE STAY. Any check-in on the same day of check-out will not be counted as another eligible stay.
●    We will examine the membership status every year to determine the membership status for next year.
 
Member Benefits
●    Visit www.jinlingelite.com for an up-to-date listing of participating hotels and benefits.
●    Participating hotels may provide alternative benefits and services to those listed in this brochure, depending on local policy and availability. We will not reward the non-awarding benefits and service.
●    Members of Jinling Elite program can enjoy the benefits and service only when they pay by themselves and provide their membership number either at reservation or at check-in.
●    Jinling Elite members are entitled to the following benefits and service:

Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. subject to availability

Free upgrade you to our finest available room when you check-in
Guaranteed room availability if booked 72 hours in advance
Late check-out until 4:00 p.m. subject to availability
20% JinlingPoints bonus
10% discount on hotel-operated restaurants
10% discount on participating hotel-operated shops (exclusive of the special items)
●    Jinling Platinum members are entitled to the following additional privileges:
Exclusive usage of Business Lounge
Guaranteed room availability if booked (at least) 24 hours in advance
Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. subject to availability
30% JinlingPoints bonus
12% discount on hotel-operated restaurants
