How can I join Jinling Elite program? |

To achieve Jinling Elite Membership status, you must first have 1 qualified stay at participating hotels, or earn a total of 800 JinlingPoints.

When will I receive my permanent membership card after joining Jinling Elite Program? |

| You will receive your permanent membership card 3-4 weeks after your application is received.(Remarks:If you apply for a membership card on the internet, you must have one qualified stay or have earned 800 JinlingPoints) |

If I loose my membership card, what should I do? |

| You can log onto www.jinlingelite.com and log in, choose My Account, click Replace Lost Card, enter Mailing Recipient, Mailing Address and Zip Code, press submit. After receiving your application, we will send your new permanent membership card to you within 3-4 weeks. |
