Hui Feng (Quan Zhou) Development Co., Ltd and Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation have signed a management contract for Guest House Quanzhou and Royal Prince Hotel Quanzhou on November 16, 2007. Wang Yuandong, Secretary of Quanzhou Economic Technical Development Zone, Huang Qinghu, Officer of Quanzhou Economic Technical Development Zone, Cai Ziyi, Chairman of Hui Feng (Quan Zhou) Development Co., Ltd, and Frank Hou, President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation attended the signing ceremony. Both parties expressed their appreciation and future vision for these two joint ventures.

Guest House Quanzhou is scheduled to open in July 2008 and will host the 6th National Farmer's Sports Competition after its grand opening. It enjoys prime location with forests and greens surrounding it. This hotel is built according to five-star standards and includes 190 deluxe guestrooms in 6 buildings, Chinese and Western restaurants, and a large ballroom.
