Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation and Jintaixing Hotel Management Company Limited (a company under Taiwan Huacheng Construction Co., Ltd) recently signed a management contract for Jinling Grand Hotel Kunshan on November 23, 2007. Zhou Qinghua, Chairman of Taiwan Huacheng Construction Co., Ltd, Hu Ming, Chairman of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, and Frank Hou, President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation attended the signing ceremony. Both parties expressed gratitude and anticipation for this newly formed venture.

Jinling Hotel Kunshan is located at the International Business Plaza of Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises Association of Kunshan; near Kunshan International Conference and Exhibition Center. This hotel will be built according to international five-star standards. It will have more than 300 guestrooms, a 1000-square-meter ballroom, Chinese and Western restaurants as well as fully-equipped entertainment facilities. This hotel is scheduled to open in 2009.
