Li FANG,
Vice President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, graduated from Shanghai University of Technology.He has been Director of Power Sector for Nanjing automobile manufacturer, Director of Engineering Department of Jinling Hotel Nanjing, General Engineer of Jinling Holdings Limited and Chairman of Jinling International Decoration & Engineering Company. Mr. Fang has extensive experience in engineering design, construction and management of modern hotels.He has a unique and in-depth understanding of engineering evaluation, energy-saving and environmental considerations.

Michael Chen,
Vice President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, graduated from NanjingMedicalUniversity in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree of Medicine and then achieved a Master's Degree in Hotel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Funded by China National Scholarship Council in 1999, Mr. Chen studied in Tourism & Hotel Management College of Purdue University as a visiting scholar for one year, with main courses ranging from: Hotel Management, Marketing, Brand Management, with other hotel-related courses.

Mr. Chen has been a surgeon of People's Hospital Jiangsu and then joined Jinling Hotel Nanjing in 1994. He has been Assistant Manager of F&B Department, Manager of Banquet Department, Director of Sales & Marketing in Jinling Hotel Nanjing and General Manager of Jinling Advanced Marketing System.

Mr. Chen is currently in charge of the Sales & Marketing System. He is fully responsible for brand development and promotion by establishing and operating Jinling Global Marketing System, Jinling Central Reservation System (with proprietary intellectual property rights), Jinling Elite Program (loyalty program), and Jinling websites ( www.jinlinghotels.com and www.jinsinn.com).

Huisheng HUA,
Vice President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, born in August, 1956 has enjoyed a distinguished career as: Vice-Chairman of Jiangsu Cuisine Association, Chief of Jiangsu Celebrity Chef Professional Association, working with models of national tourism system as well as models for JiangsuProvince. Mr. Hua is the expert chef of Jiangsu and worked as the executive chef of Jinling Hotel Nanjing, Chief of Jinling Food Research & Development Center. He has also edited "Jinling Recipe", "Jinling Hotel Refreshments", "China Celebrity Chef ----------Culinary Arts of Hua Huisheng" "Talking about Sharkfin Cooking Ways". He has been invited to America, Hong Kong, Tai Wan, Thailand among many other places to present cooking shows and promotional events.

Baoliang WANG,
Vice President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation, was born in January, 1963, he achieved Master degree of MBA at Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-watt University. Mr. Wang has been the Lobby Manager of Jinling Hotel Nanjing, General Manager of Nanjing Waitan Trading Corporation, and he is the member of Scotland International Talented Project, Scoring Consultant of Scotland Royal Mail Market. Mr. Wang has in-depth experience in preplanning, construction and management of modern hotels with extensive knowledge and understanding regarding hotel investments and business negotiations.
